Frequently asked questions

Everything new members usually ask, answered plainly.

Yes. Creating an account is completely free and always will be described honestly here. You provide your name, username, email, and password plus a referral username, which is currently required@else(optionally a referral username).

Every approved member gets a personal referral link containing their username (for example, /register/your-username). Anyone who registers through your link becomes your direct connection and starts a new Team under you. Referrals record community relationships only.

New accounts start as pending while an administrator reviews the application for genuineness and completeness. Approved accounts become active with full access to Teams and activities. Applications that do not meet the guidelines may remain pending or be set to inactive.

Active status means your account is approved and in good standing. Only members holding the required status (currently Active) are eligible for counted daily activity and full team visibility. Your dashboard always shows your current status.

Approved members can view each of their Teams: member names, usernames, statuses, join dates, referrers, and totals per Team and across the whole downline. You only ever see your own network — never other members' private networks.

Yes. Administrators configure daily activity limits that apply equally to everyone . Limits cap how much activity counts per day; they do not promise or guarantee any outcome.

For help, use the contact details shown in the footer or send a message through the contact page. Never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone.

No. The Community Engagement Platform is a community connection and participation service. Nothing here is an income, investment, employment, or guaranteed-payment opportunity, and members must not describe it as one.
