Referral Guidelines
Implementation draft for client review — not a substitute for legal advice. Referrals are community connections only: they never represent earnings, payments, or financial benefits.
1. Authentic invitations
- Share your personal referral link or username only with people you know or who have asked to join.
- Describe the platform accurately: a Community Engagement Platform for connections, Teams, and participation — never as income, investment, employment, or a source of payments.
- Only invite people who want to join. Do not pressure, mislead, or make promises about approval, status, or activity outcomes.
2. Prohibited conduct
- No spam: no bulk unsolicited messages, mass posting, or misleading advertisements for referral links.
- No impersonation: do not pose as another member, administrator, or organization.
- No fake accounts: one account per person. Creating or controlling multiple or fictitious accounts to inflate teams or activity counts is prohibited and may lead to deactivation.
- No manipulation: no misrepresentation of the platform, no falsified referral relationships, and no attempts to circumvent approval, eligibility, or counting rules.
- Report suspected misuse through the contact page so administrators can review it.
3. How the uni-level referral relationship works
- Each member has at most one sponsor — the member who referred them. Usernames double as referral identifiers.
- Each of your direct referrals roots a separate Team: the direct referral plus that person's complete downline at every level below them.
- Team totals shown on the platform are global full-subtree figures (team root plus complete downline), not counts of the current page.
- Referral relationships are permanent records of who invited whom. They cannot be transferred between members, and corrections — if ever needed — are an administrator-controlled, audited process, not a member self-service action.
- Only active members can sponsor new registrations; an unknown or inactive referrer username is rejected at registration with a clear error.
4. Consequences
Violations of these guidelines (spam, impersonation, fake accounts, or manipulation) may lead to rejection or deactivation of the accounts involved, with reasons recorded. Accounts are retained with their referral history. If you believe a decision is mistaken, request a review through the contact page.
